Out of all the harmful things can happen to anyone on the street, this occurence, to me, is the WORST. All I have to do is think “what if it was me?” Schools are the one place it should ALWAYS BE SAFE. I am elated with the proactive steps you are taking and since I am an ex-security guard, as expensive as it may be, KEEPING THE WEAPONS OUT, with protocol in place, it will keep our children and grandchildren safer and with less stress.
